This Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using Work Remote Now!’s website, including but not limited to: Work Remote Now! and any other service (collectively, the “Service”), each owned and operated by Work Remote Now! Inc. (“Work Remote Now!”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Partial months for job postings or memberships won't be refunded or credited. Monthly postings and memberships automatically renew, requiring the user to update the auto-renewal for each job post or membership every month.
You are entirely responsible for any taxes or fees related to the Service, including sales tax linked to services or goods transactions under the Terms. It's your duty to ascertain if sales taxes apply to a transaction and to collect, report, and remit accurate amounts to the relevant authority when purchasing or selling services or goods under the Terms.
Your Account Operations and Content Responsibilities. When you manage an Account, comment on a screenshot, make material (or allow any third party to make), or share links on the Service, you hold complete responsibility for the content (any such material, “Content”) and any resulting consequences from that content, regardless of whether it's text or graphics. By providing Content, you affirm and assure that:
The act of downloading, copying, or utilizing the Content assures no infringement upon the proprietary rights of any third party, inclusive of but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.

The Content is free from viruses or any damaging material. It's not spam, machine-generated, randomly-generated or intended to promote unethical or unwanted commercial activities, boost third-party search engine rankings, engage in unlawful actions like phishing, or mislead recipients about its source (such as spoofing).
The Content does not contain obscenities, libelous or defamatory remarks, hateful or racially/ethnically objectionable material, or violations of any third party's privacy or publicity rights. Your Account is not promoted through unwanted electronic messages, such as spam links across newsgroups, email lists, blogs, websites, or similar unsolicited promotional approaches.
Your Account is not titled in a way that confuses readers into mistaking you for someone else or another company. For instance, your Account's URL or name doesn't represent anyone other than yourself or a company other than your own. Moreover, if your Content includes computer code, you have precisely categorized and described its type, nature, uses, and effects, whether prompted by Work Remote Now! or otherwise.
By submitting or providing Content to Work Remote Now!, you authorize Work Remote Now! to utilize (including hosting, indexing, caching, and formatting) and exhibit your Content for Service provision and on the Site. By canceling a membership under an applicant account and opting for account deletion before subscription expiration, you accept that account deletion will only be available after the subscription period ends. By deleting your account as an employer who has paid or redeemed a promotion you accept that your company and/or listing information will remain unless you contact [email protected] explicitly requesting deletion of all information.
Emails. You acknowledge that system, business constraints and third-party involvement may delay emails sent to your inbox. We are not responsible to the fullest legal extent of any damages or losses from unfulfillment emails or delayed emails.
Promotions. By providing your email address with our services, you consent to receive promotional emails, newsletters, and updates regarding job opportunities, company news, promotions, and related content. You understand and agree that you may receive periodic emails from us, containing job listings, career-related advice, industry news, and promotional materials. You have the option to unsubscribe or manage your email preferences at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support to limitedly change your email preferences.
Giveaways. Giveaways are open to eligible individuals who meet specific criteria outlined in the giveaway announcement. The prizes offered, their descriptions, and any conditions or restrictions associated with them will be clearly outlined in the giveaway announcement. If a physical product prize cannot be delivered, Work Remote Now! reserves the right to provide a cash equivalent at the manufacturer's suggested retail price before taxes from their official website. Work Remote Now! reserves the right to select the lowest equivalent price if Work Remote Now! disagrees with any price. Winners will be chosen randomly or based on specified criteria outlined in the giveaway rules. The selection process will be fair and at the discretion of Work Remote Now!. Subscription Activations. You acknowledge that system outages, business constraints, technical constraints and third-party involvement may cause a delay or inactivation to your subscription for your listing or membership. By initiating any subscription and completing payment you acknowledge it is your responsibility to inform us whether your listing or membership has not been activated. You are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances unless legally required or deemed valid by our sole discretion. We are not responsible to the fullest legal extent of any damages or losses from unfulfillment of the purchased subscription.
Modifications. Work Remote Now! maintains the exclusive discretion to amend or substitute any segment of the Terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms for alterations. Your ongoing usage or access to the Service subsequent to the publication of any amendments to the Terms signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of those adjustments. Additionally, Work Remote Now! may introduce new services and/or functionalities through the Service in the future, including the launch of fresh tools and resources. These new services and/or features shall also be bound by the Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties. Limitation of Liability. You acknowledge and agree that, under no legal circumstances—whether based on negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort—will Work Remote Now! or its owners, officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, employees, or agents be accountable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. The aforementioned limitations equally pertain to any damages arising from content or services offered on third-party websites or provided by third parties other than Work Remote Now! that you access through or are advertised on the Service. You further consent that Work Remote Now! holds no responsibility or liability for any form of loss or damage incurred due to interactions or transactions with advertisers, or due to the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

General Representation and Warranty. You affirm and guarantee that (i) your utilization of the Service will strictly adhere to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and all relevant laws and regulations. This encompasses local laws or regulations within your country, state, city, or other governmental jurisdictions concerning online behavior, acceptable content, and all pertinent laws pertaining to the transfer of technical data from Canada or your country of residence. Additionally, (ii) your use of the Service will not violate or wrongfully appropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Indemnification. You undertake to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Work Remote Now!, its subsidiaries, affiliates, co-branders, third-party advertisers, technology providers, service providers, partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, shareholders, employees, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties"), against any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities (individually or collectively referred to as "Claims," including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought against or incurred by the Indemnified Parties due to or arising from the Terms, the Service, specifically but not limited to: (a) your utilization, non-utilization, or misuse of, or association with, the Service and any Content; (b) your breach or alleged breach of the Terms; and (c) your infringement upon any rights, including intellectual property rights, of a third party, and as otherwise outlined herein. Miscellaneous. In the event of any dispute between you and Work Remote Now! concerning the Terms or the Service, you expressly agree that said dispute will be subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and will be interpreted in accordance with these laws, without considering its conflict of law principles.
With the exception of disputes concerning intellectual property ownership, all conflicts arising from or associated with the Terms shall be directed to and ultimately settled through arbitration, following the guidelines established by the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society. The Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society shall act as the appointing authority. The arbitration proceedings will be presided over by a sole arbitrator and administered by the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, adhering to its regulations. The arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and English will serve as the language for the arbitration proceedings.
Should any part of the Terms be considered illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or a court with appropriate jurisdiction, the entirety of the Terms will not be regarded as illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. Only the specific portion of the Terms determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable will be removed from the Terms.
You acknowledge that Work Remote Now! has the right to enforce the Terms specifically through injunctive relief and other equitable remedies, without requiring evidence of monetary damages.
You consent that if Work Remote Now! refrains from exercising or enforcing any legal right or remedy outlined in the Terms (or accessible under applicable law), this action will not constitute a formal waiver of Work Remote Now!'s rights. Work Remote Now! retains the availability of those rights or remedies.
The Terms constitute the complete agreement between us concerning the subject matter outlined therein. They override and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or discussions, whether oral or written. These Terms can only be modified in writing and signed by both parties, irrespective of whether the parties engage under an unsigned "electronic" agreement or rely on such an unsigned agreement.
